  Was dubious at first as you're signing a lot of your things over to the care of other people, but I couldn't be happier with the move. We shipped a container load from Dublin to Sydney, Nat Ross communicated and set my expectations of delivery from the start, all items delivered in tip top condition and on time.   Nat Ross moved my elderly mother in father in law from Ireland to Australia. During the move they lost a lifetimes worth of cherished family belonging. The contents of the container was poorly packed by Nat Ross and this caused a huge amount of damage to their personal belongings. Numerous attempts were made to resolve the issue with Nat Ross however they showed no interest to try and resolve the issue. A disgraceful way to treat an elderly couple native to cork. 😌

  They used a contractor on the moving day without advising us. Our belongings arrived 1 week late. We had plastic storage boxes in our shipment, 6 of them arrived broken as well as a furniture because they lost some of the fittings on the way… I sent an email regarding this over a month ago but didn't even get a reply. I wouldn’t recommend.
