::I had an unpleasant experience. Was greeted with hostility by most of the staff for no apparent reason. Admittedly i had no research objective, i was simply curious and wanted to check it out. The lady that provided me with my reading card was particularly rude and in fact followed me and observed me from a distance. Needless to say I will not be returning. The staff here dont have a whole lot to do except be friendly and pleasant people.
