  Well the man working there is so rude, and unhelpful!! Thick!! Way to busy!!! Need extra staff!!. Place is to small, serving a city!! Should be at least 2 centres serving cities!!

  A horrible tiny room. You can prebook your time slot but it will be late. It manages to be badly laid out and hugely disorganised. I expected nothing less from the RSA. Avoid if you can at all.

  I’m an Italian citizen permanently resident in Ireland. I visited the NDLS office in Galway because I had to renew my Driving licence. I was positively impressed by how fast the procedure was. I didn’t have to wait too long, the forms were extremely easy to fill up and ,most relevant, the NDLS staff was absolutely amazing: kind, gentle, clear and informative. They were nice not only with me but with all the clients I had the chance to see during my short visit. I will bring back this experience in my own country. Also the paper work can became enjoyable when you are assisted by polite and qualified staff. Thanks Adele Molto più facile ed economico rinnovare la patente qui rispetto all'Italia. Staff VERAMENTE cordiale ed educato con tutti, dalla persona anziana allo straniero che non capisce la lingua.
