  Delighted car got thro! They pretty much on schedule as far as appointment times. Small seating area with a wc while you wait. Can follow cars progress on a screen. Staff very polite

  Appalling lack of facilities, inadequate stuffy waiting area and long waits for a member of staff to check in your car.Needs a serious make over and basic training in customer care.

  A bit hard to find at night. But Google maps will get you to the door. I found the staff very helpful, professional and a pleasure to deal with.

  Tests are carried out quick enough. Seating area is a bit small. Staff aren't particularly friendly. No actual receptionist. Just the testers
