  My daughter got gel nails in the Bray shop on the 22nd Dec, about half an hour after leaving the shop she noticed they were damaged and went back to shop and they "fixed them", They had all fallen off by the 24th December and her nails were red and sore, Contacted the shop after Christmas and the manager was to ring me back, then he was on holidays, then he was to ring me back again, Anyway today the 17th Jan he finally contacts me and barley let me explain what happened and refuses to give her a refund, Terrible rude man, Just kept repeating no refunds , no refunds, no refunds, , Terrible Customer service.

  Appalling customer service. I came in about 10 minutes before closing to ask if I could just get my nails taken off nothing else. At least 2 technicians were free and there was at least 1 other customer in the salon. When I asked, one girl hesitated before another shouted “NO, WE CLOSED NOW!”. When I replied with “Oh, okay...” and turned to leave, they all began LAUGHING at me. I definitely didn’t deserve such rude treatment and I will go elsewhere to get my nails done from now on.

  Terrible service. Admitted to not caring about consumer rights, tried to get money back because of the horrible service they provided. The staff were so rude and spoke in a different language and laughed at us. We also booked an appointment for 12 and didn't get seen until 12:35. It was the worst customer service I have ever seen. After they made me pay the full price for unfinished nails and the horrific service they gave me the managers number. I rang in afterwards and he said that he was to busy to listen to me and I'm not getting anything out of this call. Disgraceful. After that I tried reasoning with him and he hung up on the phone.
