  I found Light Therapy to be very gentle and non-invasive and I noticed results after one session. The Eminence products Catherine uses in facials are beautiful organic products, very gentle on the skin and very effective. I have since used them at home and love them. Catherine offers really good, practical advice on a natural approach to skincare. Highly recommended.
