  We just wanted to share with you their great customer service. We visited the factory and store last year. My wife is a fan of their designs. Of course the shop was visited and we bought a super red tulip quiche dish. Unfortunately after using it only twice a crack appeared in the middle and got bigger. We send an email with pictures to the customer service department and Breda dealt with the situation very professionally. We received a replacement by post today back in France. Congratulations on your great service Breda and Nicolas Mosse, we will be back !!

  Lovely setting, fantastic cakes and scones. Coffee and hot chocolates are a little weak.

  Went in for a bite to eat after my partner had spent over an hour in there and arrived out with several bags of bargains.!! Any way place is cool, were made feel welcome and were not pushy. Only had coffee and a pastry but would return for more no prob. Not into pottery but my partner was raving about the selection.

  Lovely place very expensive ceramic ware. Lots of arty gifts to peruse through. Can observe throwing glazing and design application in progress through viewing windows. Great setting next to an amazing river were.

  Historical old mill where a unique style of traditional-style pottery is manufactured by hand. The well stocked shop is stocked with a wonderful range of items for the home or that special gift. The in-house cafe can be busy at times but this is because of the good food in offer. Worth a visit if touring in that part of the country.
