  From day one professional, courteous and friendly to the highest. We were arranging our engagement and wedding photos with Nick and Rachel from the other side of the world - no easy task. They were a pleasure to deal with and made it so easy. When we shot the engagement photos and discussed the big day, Nick was fantastic with his suggestions. When the wedding day came around, Nick found the perfect balance. He guided and advised but didn't over extend or intrude. A well as a photographer - time manager, seems to be another role he took on for the day, brilliantly I might add. The quality of the work speaks for itself (the mothers love them, that's the acid test), but we feel that's almost secondary to how much help and guidance we received.
