  Hi - last week I visited Nolke opticians as I had broken the nose piece on my varifocal prescription glasses (customer elsewhere). My own opticians were not as helpful as I would like and only option was to purchase new frames - no remedy for my short-term problem was offered. The wonderful lady who looked after me offered excellent advice - honest, clear and highly professional. In fact during my short visit she came up with a solution which was to find a similar sized frame at Nolke which would take my existing lens. A suitable frame was found at a great price. She consulted with the technical team and it was agreed that transfer of my lens would work. This happened the following morning in less than 20 minutes and the result is excellent. By comparison my own opticians would have sent my glasses out for repair with no definite outcome promised which would have taken 3 to 5 working days. I want to say a huge Thank you to the wonderful lady who looked after me last week and the backroom technical staff who fitted my lens perfectly to the new frames. The cost of this wonderful solution was simply amazing. I will be back to get another pair of glasses soon and I will certainly be sharing my experience widely with friends and family. Mai Walsh
