::These people have no idea about customer experience. I called in to choose a carpet, they never came to measure. I had to phone and they called around and measured, said they'd call with a quote in an hour. Five days later sill nothing. I phoned again and was told they'd be in contact and I never heard from them again. Keith also gave me the highest price of carpet to later discover there were cheaper ones available.
