  Where do I begin. I asked them to collect my car and that took 2 full months and multiple phones calls. I then had to ring more times than I can count to get a destruction notice. This took a further 6 months and I had to remove this original revoew before they would help. The manager literally said "oo you wrote that 1 star review on google if you want your destruction notice you will remove that review". I wish i was making this up but this business has caused mountains of hassle for what should have been the easiest of tasks.
