  I visited Nu Shuz, Ballincollig (21 January 2017) to buy shoes for my elderly mother (94yrs) who is frail and not very mobile. My mother was unable to visit the shop personally. I chose a pair of shoes €70 on her behalf, and asked the shop assistant - if they were unsuitable, could I get a refund. I explained my mother's circumstances and that I would be able to return the shoes within four days. I was told 'No refund is available, exchange only'. I am extremely unhappy with the customer service and won't ever give this shoe shop my custom again.
