  the worst experience ... very expensive and dubious products I bought I new DSLR and the box was opened, I checked home and a little part was missing.. when I come back to ask the staff told me that "you don't need that piece" .. so

  It's where I bought my first ever camera back in 2008! It was the Nikon D80 kit with 18-135 lens and I still use it to this day. I had an issue with the body at the time not connecting exactly to the lens. They told me to come on back and they had a look in store but could NOT reproduce the same issue... however they said don't worry and replaced the whole body for me on the same day. When I went to college for photography I was caught out and unable to buy a 35mm film camera from anywhere. I had no clue where to get one at the time and they did not sell it but they went through their own contacts and found someone who could ship it to them within a couple days. I was short on money at the time but they reduced it by 25% because... they're awesome! I know it is a review for something that happened near a decade ago but look at it this way, it stuck with me. So thank you to everyone back then, ya'll helped me so much :)
