  superb service experience - no surprises when it came to paying my bill. Service Advisor - Sean - was extremely helpful.

  Asked for basic service got charged full service. Service book not stamped as they couldn't find it on the seat! Asked for bulb to be changed not done. Got told needed plenty of work yet had only been done by another dealer. Was told we can't check work done by other dealers on a database (for checking service records) yet when I asked Renault Ireland they said they can. When conversation was had by myself and service manager he implied my partner made up or lied about work. Plus he gave same impression to Renault Ireland rep about myself. I went back to take a car for test drive few months later assuming better service from sales team. Most underwhelmed salesman. Went to another main dealer of a different brand bought new brand. Shame as my previous 6 cars were Lagunas. Plus it got my partner to switch to Renault also. Must stress This is not a reflection on other Renault dealers as I normally used the Portlaoise dealer who are beyond excellent and offer a perfect experience.
