  After a serious car accident, I attended physiotherapy in hospital and found little improvement, then a friend recommended AK at Old Bawn Clinic. I had extreme pain in my neck and back with very limited movement and I had become very frustrated as prior the accident I attended the gym daily. With AK's help I regained full range of movement in my neck and his sessions have made a dramatic improvement to my pain and discomfort. Every time I do a session with AK, he dedicates 100% attention to me and is always prepared, helping me to reach my goal of training again in the gym. Aside from the physiotherapy AK motivates me every session. Thanks to AK for all your help and I will look forward to our next session.

  he was on his phone nearly all the time discussing his golfing holiday! i was raging. never again!!
