  After experiencing a traumatic death in my immediate family, I went to see Olivia. I now refer to her as my guardian angel. She provided me with the skills to become enabled to talk about the bereavement and its affect on me. Olivia's level of professionalism, her depth of interest in me, and her gentle encouragement, has given me a new lease of life. I am now in a good place. Thank you, forever, Olivia.
