  Things can get pretty hectic if you're phoning up. Nicola on the phones gets flustered sometimes but then anyone would so you can' t really blame them. I'm never left waiting much more than 2 hours here to see anyone. No mental health facilities much here so don't bother asking. They're not in business to make you feel better. Always try to phone ahead. Expect to wait an hour regardless. Better staffed than many other surgeries in the area.

  Phone etiquette was deplorable. Has improved somewhat. Receptionist must understand that people who call there are often in despair or sometimes terminally ill

  A disgraceful attitude on the phone!! What sort of person interrupts you shouting the doctor isn't here yet mid sentence! She needs an attitude training course!! Shocking for a receptionist!
