::Poor customer service and no proactivity. Had my 3 months old son's photo-passport done there today early morning. Deborah the employee that looked after us was not welcoming and could not simply bear with us to get a good picture of my baby, instead she said she doesn't have time to do a few shots as she has other customers to look after (I didn't see anyone waiting). I told her that I think it would be easier to get my baby lying on the blanket she provided as he was moving his head too much and she told me she had done 600 photos in the past (that was specific..wonder if she counts every photo she takes) and they usually get the parent to hold the baby. Besides, she made me wait 20 mins to get the picture edit. Overall bad experience.
