  Owen is an absolute treasure. I've been having annoying shoulder and back issues for quite some time now and I feel for the first time that there is structured and objective progress. I've been through a handful of physios ranging from Meh to Good but Owen is truly excellent. Not only are my symptoms relieved but he also has a real talent communicating what he does. It's incredibly useful to have someone so easy going and competent to just guide and educate while he is actually actively treating you, it's like two sessions in one. Therapy shouldn't be constant unless in extreme cases and with Owen you feel he'd rather "release you back into the wild" sooner rather than over-treat. It's actually not that easy admitting that at some point you are able to do the upkeep yourself with targeted exercise, stretching and self trigger release, given the near immediate relief Owen delivers. While my intermittent issues are not even close to putting me out of commision, they affect my ability to do sports and my general happiness. Owen definitely is my go-to man to address anything that keeps me from moving to the extent I want to move.
