::The worst customer service I've ever receive from this branch. I'm always in Paddy Power all over Dublin and never had a problem. I was around in this Paddy Power as my boyfriend lives in Darndale. Walked in and sat down wanted to stay and bet for a bit as it was horrible outside. He said I needed ID and I was willing to give it to him. I said to him I have my passport ID photo on my phone cause you wouldn't expecting anyone to be carrying an ID just waking around places. I'm 22 years of age and I know I have a baby face so I always have a picture of my passport on my phone incase I have any problem. I said it to him that he can see it but his reply was 'Not having that' his tone of voice was very cheeky and I don't think he should be talking to customer as such. I heard many stories of him being cheeky with others from other people but that's not my business. He didn't have a name tag on and I think we can guess why he didn't.
