  Appalling , shocking,customer service non existence ,not acknowledged or greeted,no assistance offered, if it was possible to have a no star rating .

  3bridesmaids & 1 junior bridesmaid we're in the dressing rooms in Pamela Scott's Tralee. While I had left the dressing room leaving d junior bridesmaid in d dressing room. The most arrogant & ignorant (I won't even call her a lady as she was far from it)told the junior that she had to share with one of the other girls as she had a customer waiting. I came back and confronted her saying had that been an adult she wouldn't have been moved. No apology just ignorance came out of her mouth , saying if there are people together they must share. At that point I told all 4 girls that I was not purchasing in a shop that supports that ignorance. Will never ever go back again. It was the most unprofessional experience I've ever come across. She should be fired speaking and dealing with customers like that
