Paul and Keith will teach you a lot and you'll be sweating like a pig! Very welcoming atmosphere on the mat and in the dojo. Highley recommend.

::Great Judo club for juniors and seniors. Focus on competition training, strength and conditioning and lots of randori. Good for beginners and seasoned veterans and everyone in between. Paul Cummins is a fantastic coach and still competes with a highly successful record.

::Paul Cummins Fifth Dan judo is probably the youngest looking living legend you are likely to meet. The welcome and good humour he displays to his students and visitors is likely to make you forget what a strong competition player he actually is. I have seen him win Silver in the World Masters Judo open weight category in Montreal and also accept a very poor refereeing decision in Tokyo at the Kodokan with equal dignity and spirit. To me he embodies the Spirit Of Judo
