  ARNAQUE A L'ASSURANCE ! Lors de la remise de la voiture, ma carte visa premier n'est pas acceptée pour prendre le deposit de 1500 € requis quand on décline l'assurance, sous prétexte que ce n'est pas une carte de crédit mais une carte de débit ! Du coup je suis obligé de prendre l'assurance à 12 €/j qui double le prix de la location ! J'ai loué dans de nombreuses société et c'est la première fois que je subis une telle arnaque. EVITEZ BUDGET et PAYLESS

  Rented a car from Dublin airport for 2 weeks (6th-20th), price was great, car was perfect for my needs (great on gas and unlimited kms) but the best part had to be the shuttle drivers and the lads who helped me at the desk, they all went above and beyond to give me info, help me out with directions and were all positive and professional, will definitely rent from you guys again when I am back home visiting the family! P.S. The guy who was running shuttle on the 6th (Unfortunately I have forgotten his name but he wore driving gloves and I think he may have been Polish -apologies if I got that wrong) is a great dude, and definitely the guy you want people meeting on their first interaction with your company!

  Der Schuttle Transfer lief einwandfrei, das Abholen des Autos war auch kein Problem. Das Auto selbst war schon recht ramponiert und wir hatten befürchtet, dass es bei der Abgabe zu Diskussionen kommen wird. Allerdings war dass dann kein Problem und wir haben unsere Kaution sogar am gleichen Tag zurück bekommen.

  Good car for decent price. But now, 2,5 weeks after I returned the car, there is still a reservation of €1500 on my credit card. On my question why it has to take so long customer service replied that it "can take up to 10/15 working days to process in full"... So take into account that you have limited "credit" on your credit card when you hire a car at Payless... RE (18/8/2017): Dear Jen, you already responded last Wednesday on an earlier email and I quoted your answer (see above). Yesterday the reservation finally disappeared. Thanks for your effort.
