  Tried to hand in a lost credit card. No one answered the bell or came to me (because the bell and camera are broken). Waited 30 minutes

  I had to wait an hour before anybody even showed up to help at the desk. We were approximately 10 people waiting and nobody did anything to accommodate that. I just had a piece of paper that needed a stamp and I had to wait almost two hours for that. No computer at the desk so the gardee had to go out the back after every person he talked to to make a report. It took ages and it felt like they didn’t take their job very serious

  Very angry gardaii, very low personal skills and attitude problems. When trying to get case number for insurance they start arrogance and attitude

  Thought my favorite purse with all my cards and money had been stolen while I was on a night out in town but as it turned out some lovely person handed it in to the Pearse St. Garda station and it was very kindly posted out to me with everything still inside. Absolutely delighted much appreciated!
