::Absolute bunch of cowboys! Put a deposit of 100e on a bike and for unforeseen personal reasons I could not complete the transaction. In their eyes a 100e deposit equates to 70e store credit. No grasp on customer care and encouraging repeat business at all, avoid at all costs.
