  This has to be the worse bank branch I've ever felt with... every single time I go there to lodge money the machines are broke, or money keeps jamming in the machine, the enormous ques at the counter are unreal, the bank staff behind the counter are only children and today one girl would take 20 euro in 2 euro coins from me because they wernt in a money bag, the elderly woman on reception is so scatrerbrained she just keeps running in behind when theirs a problem...... only it takes so much for me to change all my bills to another bank I'd be long..

  I've been a member of this bank for 14 years now, not once have I ever had a problem with them. I've applied for two big loans, which were accepted and given to me. The staff here are really nice too, there can be a delay in the queue at peak times, but sure that's the way it is everywhere, the bank it's self is nice and clean, always looked after. I really think PTSB is the best bank to have an account with, there are no hidden charges, no monthly fees or transaction fees, just your average annual fee for the year, which I think is €5, well according to my bank statement it is. You also get interest if you lodge €1500 a month, which is good. And the Go Rewards scheme is quite good too. So over all, I have no complaints, just good news, I'd highly recommend people to open accounts here.
