::Good bank with no commission on current accounts. However, opening hours are terrible. beware: cashier services closes at around 15:30 for some stupid reason. They do a terrible job when I bring then a USD check to deposit in my account, often they seem puzzled.

::Very sad, i opened my account here. One fine day they started charging me €15/mo and can't explain the charges. How weird! I reached out to the staff there, and they said no idea, i had to call apparently. i called their customer service, who kept saying i was signed up for a service. how can i be signed up for a service without my knowledge. Beware of this bank, terrible. I'm now fighting to get back my money.

::Doesn't seem like they actually want your business. They schedule appointments and then change them without telling you. I showed up early to the appt. No one acknowledged my existence for 20 minutes until I had to stop the person I was supposed to have the appt with, who made the appt himself the day before in person, but had already forgotten less than 24 hours later. Appt had been moved to another employee who didn't bother to come check if I had arrived for the appt. 15 minutes after my appt time someone is finally alerted that I'm here and he goes off to "get the documented ready" for another five minutes. I really don't understand how they get anything done if they can't even keep an appt to open a simple bank account.

::worse experience ever. I wanted to close the bank account once moved abroad but although I sent a letter that they lost they want me to send another one. We are in 2017 and we have emails. That should be enough. On top of it I also have access to internet banking and phone banking. WHY DO I STILL NEED A LETTER?
