  Worst bank service I've ever seen in my life, it's been 5 weeks and I still don't my debit card, they sent me a wrong PIN, then a cancelled card, Deidre Fitzgerald or whatever is her name doesn't even know what she is doing gave me and my colleagues wrong informations. It feels like she is an intern or something even tho she says she is a pro but whatever then I talked to her manager : John Dunphy, thought he would be better than her (couldn't be worse anyway) but exactly the same, the manager of a bank doesn't know the difference between the number on a credit card or bank account number they both were useless, the only helpful ones were the 2 girls at the entrance. DO NOT GO TO THIS BANK (Or at least not this branch).

  Drove to Patrick Street on Sunday morning at 08.20 to use the ATM, both machines out of order. Drove to the North Main Street - this ATM has been removed from the premises. This means no access to cash from any PTSB in Cork City Centre for any of the customers. Tried Patrick Street again at 2pm on the same day - still out of order. Drove to Douglas and eventually managed to get cash. Typical PTSB attitude. Don't worry lads. Moving my accounts elsewhere. Having dealt with TSB for over 40 years, I think enough is enough. But who cares - after all, I'm only an ordinary customer.

  Terrible service, closing down branches without looking at current traffic volumes, I understand they have higher aspirations to just take your money and ignore you, but it is still a bank and not the revenue service...

  Drove into town for currency exchange, but they only do it for TSB customers and only until 3pm. 3rd world service.

  really poor service, they don.t care about help you or solve your questions. not recomended.
