  Just went into Waterford store to return a coat that was too small for my dog. I was told the night before I could return it and get a refund no problem. A lady served me...chewing gum..did not look bothered what so ever, telling me i cant get a refund only a gift card. There was no politeness whatso ever. Unhappy with this attitude....
