::**UPDATE** I went back to replace my Moto Z for a new Samsung and am not very happy with the phone.Although, the gentleman with the glasses was very apologetic and had no hesitation in upgrading my phone for a new one for just 10 Euro. Unfortunately the Samsung J1 does not have 4G and is basically a pile of shite. Sorry but these guys are a bunch of chancers. Avoid like the plague unless being fleeced is your thing. (Old Review Below) Agree with Ciara. I lost my LG G3 phone and desperately needed a quick replacement. I am loath to buy pre-used phones and this place just confirmed my worst fears. I purchased a Sony Z Experia for 85 EUR and it worked fine for about a week before the battery started acting erratically...switching itself on and off, overheating etc. It got progressively worse until it stopped working altogether. I went back and they replaced it with a Moto E Second generation. So far so good so I thought. The salesman said that the phone needed to be updated and so I waited 5 minutes then said I would go out for breakfast which should give plenty of time to sort phone out. After 25 mins went back to shop and he didn't bother doing the phone update. He took the charger out then did update leaving me waiting in shop for another 15 minutes. As it turns out the Moto Z second generation is a budget phone and can be bought brand new online for as little as 60EUR. I paid 85EUR for a second hand version and had actually asked for a different one but this guy wasn't taking no for an answer. Will never go back to this shop ever again. A dodgy and dishonest sell. Only positive is the phone was given a six month warranty.

::Stay away from this place! The glass on the lens of my camera phone broke and I came here to have it fixed. They glued a piece of ill-fitting, pliable plastic in place of the broken glass and tried to charge me €40 for it. When I pointed out the terrible job, the man behind the desk got aggressive with me and just kept repeating over and over that it was glass, even though it was clearly not. Tried to intimidate me into paying. The camera doesn't even focus now and you can see the glue on the back of my phone. These people are scammers and completely unprofessional.
