  Had to go to Alan recently with a very sore lower back muscle. After a couple of sessions I am fully recovered. Highly recommend Alan.

  I can start back into my gym training now that my rotator cuff shoulder injury has healed up. Great work Alan!

  I've had several injuries in the last few years to do with hamstrings pulls, achilles tendon and a lower back problem. Each time the problems were correctly diagnosed and each fixed in just a few sessions. Several carefully selected exercises were given to me to use between the sessions. Alan is very friendly, professional Physiotherapist.
