::The worst bowling alley I've ever been to. Blonde lady on reception was rude and not very helpful. Had to put the barriers up myself after asking twice. Alley was way too dark. Pins on strings. I could go on. Will never go back there

::The blonde older woman was ridicolualy rude and arrogant to my friend when she asked if the barriers in the bowling alley could be put up. We werent there playing against a team. We were just trying to enjoy our time bowling without the ball going into the gutter the whole time, as none of us are great bowlers. We attemped one go each without them up and the score was pathetic, with many just going into the gutters. When my friend asked would she mind putting the barriers up she was told 'no you're adults I'm not putting them up for ye' bare in mind we paid 40 euro for the hour to have a service provided. My friend asked but could you not press a button to do it ? She was told no and to go back bowling as she wouldnt do it, its for kids and be adults!. The alley was practically empty. There were lanes with the barriers already up were they could have placed us there instead with no extra bother to her of just pressing a button or just coming over to kick them up. Will not be coming back and will not recommend to anyone in the future.

::Blond Old woman is the most aragonite and ruse person plane and simple but she owns the place so she won't care

::Came with my little girl when my partner was on business in Galway. We stayed a good few hours and my little girl loved the ball pool, it was relaxing for me as a parent as the venue was clean and baby proof which is a necessity for any parent. I'm hoping to come again but if I don't then thank you to all the staff for making me and my daughter feel welcomed.

::I came here with my son when visiting Galway as it was in a great location facing the cinema. We had a game of bowling which we both thoroughly enjoyed followed by a Subway which was one of the best subs I've had (Subway Melt). The staff were all friendly and the place was clean, a lot of families were present who seemed to be enjoying themselves also. I would highly recommend the Entertainment Centre to any looking for fun things to do in Galway.
