  I have had several dealings on many occasions with Patrick from this company and I cannot recommend him and his services enough. Patrick has gone way and above his call of duty to help me out many times and has always been reliable, trustworthy, professional, helpful and a fantastic source of information and resources. His tradesmen are always professional and courteous with work done promptly and to the point of excellence. Again, I cannot recommend this company enough....5 star rating well deserved.   Very disappointed with the service. I purchased the boiler from this company and a free boiler service after 1 year was included in the price. I'm still waiting for a boiler service that was scheduled for last May. It was rescheduled on numerous other occasions but to-date (Dec 16th) has still not being carried out. After taking time off work on several occasions and other family members doing likewise to wait for the engineer, this free boiler service has been very costly. I will most definitely not be recommending this company to anyone else.

  Highly recommend this company! Very helpful , excellent service and patience and understanding with my query ! Especially when i didnt know what the problem was , patrick took time and worked out the problem with me and sorted it out ! Tks again Patrick . Sinead Finglas.

  Called them. Was told someone would call back within a few hours to arrange a specific time to show up. Never received the call back. Never showed up.

  Very happy with the service and professionalism. They were available upon short notice for an urgent shower/bath repair. They had set expectations for a 1h30 job but ended up doing it in less time and subsequently charged less than what had initially been indicated to me which I appreciated. Would definitely recommend them!
