  I Don't eat pig knuckle but it's nice to see it on the shelf, didn't think I'd like horseradish and mustard but went very well on the ham sambo. Huge range of different sausage which goes so well on the pizza and in the salad. Nice place to go see if curious what you might have in next week's lunchbox
