  I can’t recommend David highly enough. I has issues with my knee, wear and tear, making it very sore when walking up and down stairs. David gave me a program to work on over 4 months to strenghten the areas around the knees and it has got rid of the pain i used to have and allowed me return to football and walking up and down the stairs pain free!
