  Just had an astonishingly poor customer services experience. i ended up canceling my order as a result. Then spoke to Customer Service Manager, who didn't seem to care either way. A great shame, as up to now I'd always found their customer service second to none.

  having being in currys dundalk and harvey norman drogheda earlier today powercity had the best deal for us thanks to their staff

  I visited power city coolock today with the Intention of buying a pair of good headphones but there the didn't seem any urgency in the sale staff to make a sale as they were all sitting around having a laugh then my wife asked one of the men to have a look at the headphones he didn't seem very enthusiastic about making a sale when he came to the cabinet with the headphones I asked him to try them and he said to open the box because I could put them on my head and walk out with them and it's head office rules
