  Had no issues dealing with a few returns and the staff went above and beyond the norm to make sure I was satisfied with my replacement.

  Such a shower of c#@ts. Had a 10% off power city voucher but they wouldn't honour it as they claim that the item I was trying to buy was already discounted, even though a quick check online revealed that Currys, DID, argos and Harvey Norman were all selling it for the same price as power city. Went to Harvey Norman and they gave me the power city 10% discount off their price, as per their price match promise, with a smile.
