  I went to premier with vertigo and severe headaches. There I met Nicola who put me at ease straight away and said she could help me. I started treatment twice a week and gradually the headaches eased . I am now down to one session a week and feel so much better. I'm so glad I walked through those doors and would recommend Nicola to anybody.

  I was unable to walk, drive or bend after what I thought was a serious injury that occurred at work. After visiting the doctor I got an appointment the same day with Nicola. She did a scan and put me on a treatment plan for a trapped nerve. The relief was immediate, although I did need daily treatment for a couple of weeks to correct my posture and relax my back. Because I am a brick layer, I need to really look after my back as it is critical for my livelihood. I am now on monthly maintenence sessions and my back is stronger than ever. I cannot reccommend Nicola enough.

  I had a trapped nerve in my shoulder and was in a great deal of pain. Physio and medication were not helping. Nicola was extremely helpful and worked with me to a point that after a few weeks the pain had completely disappeared. She gave great advice regarding the best way to help reduce the pain at home and worked with me twice a week in short sessions to relieve the pain and rebuild strength in my shoulder and arm.

  Would highly reccomend Dr Nicola Kelly! I experienced back troubles for years from tension to aches to poor posture and felt off balance when exercising. Nicola was able to tell me in great detail what situation my spine was in, and quickly put together a recovery plan. I took confidence in her knowledge and didnt just feel like a customer, there is great care in the work. I was very happy with the affordability also.

  Lovely staff can never do enough for you very welcoming and polite. I was struggling with bad posture stiffness/rigid movement in my upper back and scapula region and had quite some difficulty in the rotation of my neck especially the right side found it hard to move it fully from side to side. I visited on several occasions and within an number of weeks the dull sharp pains from the lack of movement had cleared pretty much overnight I feel like a new person and my posture has greatly improved. I would highly recommend anybody suffering from back issues/joint trouble to visit it will drastically improve all aspects of your physical well being. I can not recommend it enough 5stars.
