  My computer went down and all my files seemed to be lost. I went to Michael of Premium IT Services and he sorted me out. He recovered my files, replaced the computer, came down to my house to set me up and got me going again. When I encountered difficulty in working the printer he came down and sorted it.   Like most Businesses, we use a number of Laptops and Desktop Computers. When they stop working properly, it's a serious issue.Ask anyone in Business. Our 'Road warrior' Lenovo Think Pad -( It's travelled to UK, Germany, Australia ) - working on all kinds of Productions, it Stopped working on Bank Holiday Saturday. Disaster! Turns out the cooling Fan was completely blocked, and the power off was due to Temperature. Premium IT Services were open(Bank Holiday Saturday), Michael supplied a Machine, to 'keep the show on the road' As our Lenovo was 3 Years old, and had given great service, it was time to consider replacement.As we move it around so much, Michael suggested going for a Solid State Drive, and built us a superb spec machine 8GB RAM & 500GB SSD Great to deal with an Experienced Technician, rather than a Salesman. Strongly Recommend.
