  I dealt with PRIMA for some business and I can only advise to avoid it. Setting Umbrella Company with PRIMA was a painful experience. Lack of professionalism, long delays in processing my paper work, ignoring my phone calls, messages and emails and finally, very tax inefficient handling of my money. My expenses were not counted for and eventually my take home was less than 50% when they initially promised 55% which meant to me a loss of a few grands. My advice: avoid PRIMA.
