    Phone staff telling us it wasn't a 24-hour facility when it is, and difficulty getting out when you don't have a validated ticket with a pre-booking - delayed with another customer for over 30 mins You can't validate your ticket, as the online system suggests you can, if you arrive when there are no staff present. On another early morning visit, the intercom and parking garage door were both broken. Not a reliable 24-hour facility.

    The personnel on the ground were excellent. Friendly and helpful. The automated reply from the intercom was unfriendly and off putting. It all got sorted by the man on duty. Thanks for your help!

    Parked over night here. Super central location. I have to say the guy in the office was exceptionally helpful. You can't go wrong parking here.

    Gary at Carroll’s Quay Carpark helped me when I lost my membership card. He went to every effort to ensure I had a replacement card before I left. I park 5 days a week at this carpark so I was raging when I misplaced my card. Thanks a million Gary for trawling through computer files and finding my details. On a side note I find this carpark to be the least stressful one in Cork city and highly reccomend to other commuters to give it a try.
