::silly me, booked online and in advance Grand canal carpark to watch Thriller in Bord Gais last Monday 12th March, then appeared it was in Gaity Theatre. So had to push the button for a ticket again. When explained this to Tahir on checking out, he fully understood my problem and gave me a free exit. I had paid for the Grand Canal carpark that evening anyway only to find out after 5 mins I was wrong... Great cheers for Tahir - this is how customer service is at its best. thanks man, great job !!

I needed a jump start a few weeks ago and he was very prompt and efficient , as well as calmed me down as I was freaking out when my car wouldn't start. ::Never use this unethical company. My experience is I booked parking online with them as I was staying in a Dublin Hotel. It is cheaper online to book in advance but unfortunately I made the mistake and booked the day after. The car park was not even nearly full and when I went to the desk I asked could it be switched and the rude guy said no and you will now have to pay for parking again for that day at a higher rate cause it was not online and had to get a normal parking ticket. I asked could I get a refund online also for the parking and the guy said yes but when you go to the website they state you cannot claim a refund. So I ended up paying for parking for 2 days at a higher rate because I made a honest mistake but I welcome anyone to try there website and try to book parking. The website and app is a disgrace. I ended paying nearly €70 for 1 days parking which was dearer than the hotel I stayed in. Absolute digrace and joke of a company.

::Buen aparcamiento para visitar el centro. Plazas normales y muchos pisos.. Si vienes de fuera y quieres ir directo al centro aparca aquà sin dudarlo.
