  One of the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed in!!! No heat or hot water. Hotel unable to get heat or hot water working. Refused to allow us to move or cancel reservations. Facility is dated. Nothing like described or website. Motel 6 has better decor and facilities. No wonder when you google Quality Hotel the first thing that comes up is how to file complaints. Shame on Travelocity for not warning users.

  Five star experience.. Compliments to chef's fantastic food great attention to detail. Staff friendly and helpful. Brilliant evening entertainment. Loved by children and their parents.

  Great value, a few small improvements would make this a great destination. Rooms are clean and warm, food is good. Leisure centre needs a good wash and barbed wire on boundary with beach needs to be removed immediately.

  We stayed in one of the holiday homes for a weekend in Oct. It was big and clean. The floors upstairs squeaked quite a bit when walked on but other than that I couldn't fault the place. The bar had music both nights which we enjoyed. My 9 year old thoroughly enjoyed dancing to it and the performers were very child friendly. The pool in the leisure centre was lovely, possibly a bit deep for smaller children but fine for us. I would say that the changing room floors could have been cleaner though. They'd need to be cleaned more often. I'd recommend pool shoes. Another note for those with small children: the showers are HOT. My 9 year old just about managed them but couldn't imagine a younger child in them. Over all we had a lovely weekend. The staff were really friendly and I couldn't have asked more from them!
