  Never had any issues. Reasonable prices and issues always resolved in a timely manner. Have brought my Fabia vRS & Mk1 S3 in the past and I was always satisfied with the work carried out. Havent been in a while as I carry out the majority of the work myself. But if time is not on my side or I don't have the necessary tools on hand to carry out a particular job, I'll happily bring it to Quirkes.

  I was very disappointed with the quality of service, attentuon to detail and rudeness at this garage. My car broke down with damage to the gearbox and the garage towed it to do work in the car. The job was very expensive when the cost of the bearing that was replaced was taken into account. However worse again was the presebtation of the car. I had to pay the bill before getting to evaluate the car. To my dismay upon receiving my key I found the remote unlock facility no longer worked with a mark on the face of the key, the car would not start and the tow hook was still attached, as if the car had just been abandoned and dismissed. I remonstrated with the mechanic who got aggressive, called the car (Opel Zafira) a piece of junk -his having no problem charging almost €500 for the job- and did nothing to fix the key, grudgingly jump-starting the car and walking away to leave me to my own devices. My advice- stay away from Quirkes.

  When I told other garages or an AA agent how much I had been charged for an alternator (which wasn't exactly changed btw ), some laughed other told me it was bad publicity such garages were making to honest ones...

  Quirke's have replaced ball joints and steering rods on my Renault Megane and also tracked my tyres and changed my headlamps. They are very lovely folk here, very helpful and friendly and do a good, honest job. Very happy with their service, they are reliable and don't charge you a fortune. The Renault garage in Naas were asking more than double the price Quirke's quoted me for just one part alone! Thank you, Quirke's. Highly recommended.
