  Bar not stocked sufficient for grade of hotel, limited choice for weddings. Carrying sizzling food through area where children playing and excited. No crisps /snack on St Patrick's Day although hotel full with families and small children.

  Very comfortable room staff exceptionally attentive food top notch can find absolutely no fault with this hotel and would highly recommend it. They have done an amazing job with upgrade. We have stayed here many times and experience gets better each time.

  Good location. Nice hotel. Staff very welcoming and friendly. Unfortunately pool was closed due to unscheduled maintenance but had vouchers for nearby leisure centre available. Early bird menu was a bit disappointing we thought. Could have offered a better menu. Overall a pleasant experience and we would come back

  6 of us arrived Christmas Eve at lunchtime. Initially there were some teething problems but they were eventually resolved. For the remainder of our 2 nights stay we had a very enjoyable Christmas. Children loved it. The food and accommodation were excellent. Christmas dinner lovely. Evening buffet fabulous. Staff very friendly. We all were very satisfied. Thank you.
