::I first saw Dr. Finnerty at Ranelagh Village Dental 5 or 6 years ago when he performed an extraction that I was very anxious about. He carried out that procedure with great care, skill and professionalism. It was also painless. Since then, I've seen Dr. Finnerty on a number of other occasions, both for routine work like fillings and cleaning, and most recently (early 2019), for a few big jobs that I was also anxious about, including a root canal treatment and the fitting of a crown. On each occasion, the quality of Dr. Finnerty's work, his attention to detail, and his calm, friendly manner were impeccable. His staff and premises are excellent, and the whole thing is about as good an experience as you could hope for at the dentist. Highly recommended, and an easy 5 stars.

::Terrible dentist. I had to use this man several years ago and he tried to take to me to the cleaners. Recommended a bunch work that “must be done” and was going to cost me several hundred euro. I got a second opinion from another dentists that said she didn’t see anything wrong with my teeth. Shameful.
