  I seeded to have the radio unblocked on my son's 04 Mondeo (radio stopped working when the car's battery was replaced). I called in to Rathfarnham Ford to see about what I could do to get the unblock code. I got a wonderful reception. I met very friendly, extremely helpful staff, who seemed to be prepared to go to any lengths to solve my problem. I left feeling very good about the whole visit. As well as supplying the unlock code so that we will not have this issue again, the radio was now working perfectly. They gave me a coffee while I was waiting, free WiFi for my iPad, and the daily paper. The cost: a very reasonable €15 for all of that. I cannot recommend this dealership highly enough.

  10th July 2017 Customers of Rathfarnham Ford have been receiving mailshots over the past week. This very clearly incorrectly misleads customers to the impression that I am an employee of Rathfarnham Ford , including signing off my name. I must point out that I left this company of my own free will last October to return to Mooneys Longmile Road where I enjoyed working previously for over 13 years. May I take this opportunity to thank all the customers who took the time to contact me last week and thank you for your concern that my good name is been misused. I would like to thank all the customers who I enjoyed dealing with in the past and hopefully our paths will cross again in the future and I can server your motoring needs. Ian Callaghan
