The car I bought was keenly priced already but I still got more trade-in-value on my old car than I thought I would get. 6 weeks later, I got a puncture and couldn't loosen all the wheelnuts to change the tyre - Brian came straight over and changed the tyre for me.... top marks for the after-service!
