  I paid €2,200 to have a major pest control job on my property - before the work was even started they phoned me to have me pay via credit card in full. Fair enough. They said they would send me a receipt in the post. 2 weeks later still no receipt so I can't submit my claim to insurance company. I called them twice again to issue a receipt but still none has arrived! I am going to their premises in Naas today to demand a receipt otherwise I don't want the work done and will demand a refund.

  All Sales - no action! Having found a pest problem in our house, our builder advised we give Rentokil a call. Five calls later we finally got to speak to someone who wasn't insisting on taking credit card details before agreeing to a service. Unfortunately that person was Victor Meldrew incarnate. I wouldn't waste my time calling them, they're more focussed on getting your money that solving your problem.

  Worst customers service I had experienced with any other company .called few times no one could help. So bad avoid
