I wasn't going to write this review. I just wasn't going to recommend Revas Spa to people. I was so looking forward to my day out at Revas Spa on their monthly special.. I'd received vouchers for christmas and was thrilled as i normally wouldnt have the extra cash to spend on myself... but with the vouchers id recieved i decided to add a trip to the hair salon for a wash and blowdry and do the Afternoon tea experience also.. My friend and I had arrived on time as our booking was for 10am. But all I can say is... this WAS A TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE... as we walked into the main entrance hall all the blinds were closed so it was dark and unappealing. We were escorted to a seated area and filled out our details and brought into the changing rooms we were hit by a bad smell from a sink or drain!! The hand dryer didnt work and we had to use toilet paper to dry our hands. We got changed and we were taken for our treatments first.. I'd known that normally you'd be taken to the sauna and steam room first. I asked why this was happening... and was told this is the way it is now!!! Nothing about the treatment was explained I was just told to get onto the bed and my therapist would be back.. after the treatment which was only ok we were taking to the relaxing room which were freezing!! We were given plastic glasses with our drink in!! .. after a while we were taken to the sauna, jacuzzi and steam room. As the other people who were in these rooms were called out for their treatments, I was bemused by what I was told at the start of the morning!! Treatments first!!! We stayed about half hour and really enjoyed this part, as the sun was out. We got changed and went to the hair salon were I had a fab girl do a lovely wavy blowdry.. but that fell out less than half hour later. We asked for 2 glasses of Prosecco. (yet again in plastic glasses). On to the afternoon tea.. this will surely be nice.. I'd heard it was good .... the table wasn't set properly I didn't have cutlery or a napkin. It looked like the room wasn't set from the previous sitting!! We got our tea.. but they hadn't put enough tea bags in it (would have liked if tea leaves had been used) !!! Had looked for a hot pot of water too . Didn't get that either. We'd looked for water to drink.. on a station at the side we saw a water jug (but it was water in it!!! ) with used glasses.. and eventually had to go back into the spa to get it.. so we ate what we could and went to settle up at reception.. we weren't asked how our day was.. did we enjoy it or if everything was OK!!!!??? but WAS handed a basket with products in.. i asked what were these about and was told these are what the therapist recommended after out treatments.. Which was news to me as the therapist didn't say a word!!! I was so disappointed by my experience, it had been highly recommended by friends and family and had also read about the award that the Spa had won only a few weeks previous. It must have been a different place that the secret Clint went to, or else Revas had a tip off and pulled out all the stops on THAT day. I've a €50 voucher remaining.. I won't be using it..

The serenity and peaceful energy I felt was heart warming. No technology just sheer tranquillity and treated with dignity and respect what a visit . If heaven is anything like my visit to Revas Spa I won't have a problem when my time on earth is over. Like be back because I am deserving of this special treatment from time to time. Truly grateful to Orla and staff. Anthony

If you want to be pampered , then this is the place for you.. the staff are friendly and professional, the ambiance is calm, cozy and relaxing! The themal suite and relaxation rooms are lovely and they do great special offers on treatments... also their dressing gowns are the fluffiest, cosiest I've seen in any spa 😊 would definitely recommend this place

Very friendly staff and lovely Spa facilities. I absolutely loved the Dilu Oil treatment. Changing rooms are very good as well but the cleanliness of the toilets really needs attention, more checks during the day. Of course it's the fault of non mannered customers to leave toilets behind in a state but I think a lovely and exclusive Spa needs to make sure that customers will find also perfect cleanliness here and therefore needs to train the staff to look after that better.

Booked the April offer and afternoon tea as a birthday treat for my sister. From the second we arrived, everything was perfect. Staff are fantastic and so friendly. The thermal suite is amazing. It was a warm sunny day so we got to sit outside in the hot tub and admire the beautiful grounds. The treatments were fabulous and therapists were brilliant. Afterwards we got smoothies and fruit in the relaxation area. A member of staff even dropped a slice of cake with happy Birthday on the plate for my sister. She was delighted! Afternoon tea was just beautiful too. We were well fed and relaxed leaving. It was not my first time visiting the spa, and definitely won't be the last. It is one of the nicest we've ever been to, highly recommended!
